Total Marine Solutions (TMS), a leading provider of MARPOL compliant solutions and digital applications, announced enhanced features to its TMS Digital Warehouse (TMS DW) online portal this week with the expansion of dashboards to include the Recorder Archive Analysis.

The new dashboards allow users single screen fleetwide visibility of the information recorded by their bilge water data system.  Users can now see historical recorded information for individual vessels, as well as automated reports and easily identified trends.

“Implementing a high-quality solution is a good step toward compliance, but we can do so much more these days thanks to digital data analysis and recording. Digitalization allows us to track trends, identifying areas of concern, and monitoring compliance across an entire fleet,” noted TMS CEO and President Alexandra Anagnostis-Irons. “We created these dashboards to simplify compliance, allowing users to see a snapshot of their treated bilge water activity and at the same time, drill down to specific vessels and individual systems.”

Recognizing the increased demands on shoreside and onboard teams in the modern complex regulatory environment, TMS continues to expand and enhance digital solutions and offerings.

“We want to make compliance as streamlined as possible,” noted Anagnostis-Irons. The more people better understand what they are being asked to do, the higher the rate of compliance.”

TMS DW is a portal for TMS clients that allows immediate access to verification certificates, service reports and archive analysis. The system includes a complete overview of equipment onboard and reports to support environmental compliance audits and service maintenance tracking.

For more than 20 years, TMS has been a leader in MARPOL compliant solutions, serving clients in the cruise, commercial, offshore and yacht industries. TMS and its environmental compliance training facility are located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

TMS is hosting online demos of the dashboards:
