TMS was honored to attend the U.S. Coast Guard Change of Command Ceremony for Marine Safety Unit, Canaveral Port Authority earlier this month. TMS works closely with the United States Coast Guard across the country and port State control authorities around the world.  At the Change of Command ceremony were local government officials, representatives from the maritime and commercial space industries, as well as dignitaries and elected officials from the region.  Rear Admiral Douglas M.
